Slurry Seal and Micro-surfacing Paver1. 设备说明：
DGRF10型改性乳化沥青稀浆封层车是我公司在吸收国内外先进技术的基础上、自行研制的具有国际先进水平的智能化路面养护机械。该车可作稀浆封层及微表处的路面养护工程，亦可用于高等级路面施工中的下封层及桥面处治作业。
本车由汽车底盘、混合料配给系统、搅拌系统、摊铺与刮平系统、液压传动系统和自动控制系统等部分组成。其施工过程由计算机控制、操作简便、配比精确。
Our Model DGRF10 Slurry Seal and Microsurfacing Paver is an idealest road maintenance machinery. It not only can be used for making slurry seal and Microsurfacing of road surface, but also can make underlying seal-coat and surface dressing of bridge.
This machine is truck-mounted, and composed of Truck Chassis, Asphalt Mixtures Ration System, Mixing System, Paving and Screed System, Fluid-Drive System, AutoControl System, and so on. It is fully hydraulically driven and controlled by computer.
2. 设备主要性能特点：
（1）高效节能：全车仅用一台主发动机，没有辅助发动机，充分利用了主发动机的额外动力，有效提高了资源利用率；
（2）智能化程度高：由于采用程序化自动控制技术，操作人员只要输入摊铺厚度、摊铺宽度及混合料的配比，系统就可计算出各运动系统的参数，并能自动执行，从而大大减小了对人的依赖；
（3）计量系统无需标定：采用自动控制技术，配合比改变时计量系统无需重新标定；
（4）计量准确：集料、粉料、水、沥青与添加剂系统都安装有高精度的进口监测与计量元件；
（5）摊铺质量好：采用前后、左右完全对称的双头可伸缩大直径四螺旋布料机构。在摊铺过程中，螺旋转向、速度均可实现调整，实现无死角、无离析布料与二次搅拌；
（6）操作方便、简单：整个工作过程可由操作人员一人在后操作平台上完成；
（7）高可靠性：设有自动和手动两套配料系统，除可进行自动配料外，还可在操作平台上手动完成作业；
（8）摊铺宽度、厚度可调：摊铺宽度可在2.4～4.2m的范围内任意调节，摊铺厚度可在5—15mm的范围内任意调节，摊铺的最终厚度取决于骨料的粒径；
（9）适用范围广：该车可作稀浆封层及微表处的路面养护工程，亦可用于高等级路面施工中的下封层及桥面处治作业。
（10）自动报警装置：集料、水与沥青系统均设有报警装置，任何一种材料即将用完或用完，系统可自动报警或停止；
（11）界面友好：在摊铺过程中，主要施工参数均可随时显示，并能建议参数设定范围，并全过程监控配料参数。
Main Features
1） This machine makes fully use of the extra power of main engine of truck chassis, without donkey engine. This technique is unique in the world.
2) Introduced autocontrol techniques, the operator is only required to input paving thickness, width and proportion of mixtures, then the computer will figure out all working parameters, which will be performed automatically.
3) Measure System don’t need re-seting when proportions of mixture change.
4) The Measure Systems of emulsified asphalt, aggregates, mineral filler, water and additives are equipped with highly precise monitoring and measuring components.
5) Introduced completely symmetrical and flexible screw spreading structure. During the process of paving, the rotate direction and speed of the screw can be adjusted.
6) All operations can be run only by one operator on the rear operating panel.
7). The proportioning system of mixtures can be automatically or manual performed.
8). Paving width can be freely adjusted in the range of 2.4～4.2m; Paving Thickness can be freely adjusted in the range of 5~15mm. The final paving thickness depends on the size of aggregates.
9). Emulsified asphalt, aggregate and water systems all are equipped with warning device. When any material is using up or has used up, the system will give a warning or automatically stop.
10). During the process of paving, main working parameters can be displayed timely, and also can suggest the set range of some parameters.
